While proceeding to the next phase of the plan, I really need to train up my self discipline.
To do so, I had started executing my diet plan (that I put on hold indefinitely due to my inability to continue it for long).
Here's what I plan to do everyday.
40 minutes to 1 hour of Nordic walking every morning.
Start with 40 minutes (3.6km) and gradually increase to 1 hour.
Today is day 2, I will continue the diet plan. I am responsible for what happen to my body.
